Coupons & Gift Certificates
To use a Hot Toads! Gift Certificate or Hot Toads! Coupon Code you must have created an account at Hot Toads! and be logged into your account. When you have completed your shopping, proceed to the Shopping Cart where you can begin the Checkout Process.
There are a few things to consider:
Coupons and Coupon Codes:
* Coupons cannot be combined with any other discounting offer or sale item.
* You can only use one Coupon Code per transaction.
* Confirm the Expiry Date on the coupon.
* Some Coupon Codes have both an expiry date and a limited number of uses - whichever is achieved first is when the coupon expires. In this case it is wise to use the Coupon Code as quickly as possible to be eligble for the discount.
* Coupons can only be applied to In Stock items. Pre-Orders or Special Orders are not eligible.
* Coupons can not be applied to shipping costs or taxes.
* Type the Coupon Code in exactly as it appears - all characters are uppercase.
* Coupons can only be used on regularly priced items - you can not have any sale items in your shopping cart when the coupon is applied.
* Coupons must be used at the time of checkout and can not be used for any previous purchase.
Gift Certificates:
* Gift Certificates can be used only once.
* Gift Certificates issued by Hot Toads! Toys as a donation or promotion have an expiry date. The Expiry Date is clearly marked on the front of each Gift Certificate issued.
* Gift Certificates purchased from Hot Toads! Toys and intended as a gift do not have an expiry date. We do encourage the recipient to use the Gift Certificate as soon as possible however.
* Hot Toads! Toys Cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.
* Gift Certificates cannot be refunded once issued.
* If your Total at Checkout is less than the value of the issued Gift Certificate the imbalance cannot be refunded, transferred, or held. Please be sure to use all of the Gift Certificate value while shopping.
* If your Total is greater than the amount shown on the Gift Certificate, then you must enter a valid credit card number.
* The Gift Certificate can be used for anything at HotToads.com or in our retail store including shipping and taxes.
* Gift Certificates must be used at the time of purchase and can not be applied to any previously processed purchase.
