Question: Where are you located?
Hot Toads! Toys is located in Oromocto, New Brunswick, Canada. Oromocto is about 15 minutes from Fredericton, New Brunswick's Provincial Capital. Our retail store and warehouse are located at 66 Broad Road in the Oromocto Professional Building.
Question: Can I visit your toy store in person?
Yes absolutely! Take a look at our new store. You can also shop here at Hot Toads! online. If you have any questions about the toys and games you see here please contact us using our convenient form.
Question: What currency is your pricing?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. This includes toy prices, shipping, and taxes. We are a Canadian based toy company.
Question: Can I phone in my order?
Yes, absolutely. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for Phone Orders or you can choose to mail us a Canadian Money Order or Certified Cheque. Simply Contact Us and we can make arrangements that are most convenient for you. In store we also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Debit/Interac.
Question: I do not live in Canada, can you ship toys to me?
Sorry, no. At this time Hot Toads! does not ship outside of Canada. We sincerely wish to and someday soon we will ship toys internationally.
Question: I do not live in Canada, but I would like to buy toys for my relatives in Canada and have the toys shipped to them. Can I do this?
Yes you can! Please Contact Us First to make arrangements for this and help you setup your account.
Question: Where do you ship your toys and games?
We ship anywhere in Canada. Although we are located in the Maritimes, we can ship directly to you using the expedited services offered by Canada Post. Because of our high shipping volumes we receive excellent pricing by Canada Post and pass this savings on to you. So shipping Canada-wide remains economical.

Question: We are having a corporate party. Do you provide volume discounts for company parties?
Yes, please Contact Us regarding volume discounts. Discounts are structured depending upon the number of gifts required and the brand. We can accomodate groups of 10 to a 1000!
Question: How do you select your toys?
Very carefully. We research a lot about the different toys, games, puzzles, puppets, books, music, enabling toys, and other gifts. We ask our customers what it is they desire. We set a very high standard for the children's toys we sell. The toys selected must be of high quality, safe, durable, and have a high replay value. We verify and compare much of our own research with the experts - The Canadian Toy Testing Council is just one of the many. We ourselves have children and we only offer you the toys we would let our own children play with.
Question: Do you make special orders for toys not listed on your website?
Almost everyday! We can't carry all the toys in the world - but we will try very hard to locate the toys you are looking for. Simply Contact Us and we will let you know quickly if a particular product is available and when you can expect to receive it.
Question: Do you have a Recycling Program for your packaging?
Yes, we do! We encourage all of customers to help the environment too. Please, take a look at the recycling program we have initiated to help keep the world just a little greener! Reduce, Reuse, Recycle!
Question: How do I return a toy?

That is because Hot Toads! owns all of those domains. It just makes it a little easier for you.
