NEW! You can now check to see when your packages shipped, track where they are, even see the status of any pre-orders you have made. We may also include any special comments regarding your order. You must be logged in to your Hot Toads Account to see your Order Status and Order History.
If your tracking number for your order begins with a "7235" your order has been shipped with Canada Post. Simply Cut and Paste the tracking number into the "Track by Tracking Number" field at the Canada Post website.
If your tracking number begins with any other number or letter, this would indicate that the order has been sent via FedEx Courier. Simply cut and paste the tracking number provided into the field provided at the FedEx Courier website.
